Chris Tanner’s career in Real Estate began in
1979. She opened her own Real Estate office in 1983, purchased the RE/MAX franchise in 1990 and began to expand and improve the RE/MAX office. RE/MAX FLAGSHIP, dedicated to quality service to clients and customers, is the largest
Real Estate office in the South County marketplace.
As a former teacher, Chris is constantly pursuing educational opportunities.
Designations include GRI and CRS. Moving 14 times in 21 years as a child, Chris is a relocation expert. Chris has been very active in the Realtor Association and was the Rhode Island Association of Realtor’s President in 1993. Chris was president of the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service in 1990 and the Realtor of the Year for the local board in 1985.
Chris has many areas of interest. Single family homes, condominiums, new
construction, vacation home and investment properties are at the top of the list. But Chris really likes a challenge and over the last years she has sold a marina, an auto body shop and acreage suitable for development.
With Narragansett Bay at our doorstep, Chris enjoys boating and walking on the
shorelines of Rhode Island as well as reading and home decorating.
